01 · Participant Cancellation
Written notice determines the available option.
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to Human Restoration Institute™. The date the written request is received by HRI is used to determine eligibility for a refund, transfer, or course credit.
14+ calendar days
A refund of registration fees paid to HRI will be issued, less any processing, materials, or other nonrefundable fee that was clearly disclosed before registration.
7–13 calendar days
The registrant may transfer to another session of the same course, when available, or receive an HRI course credit. A cash refund is generally not issued in this window.
Fewer than 7 days
Registration is generally nonrefundable and nontransferable. No-notice absences and no-shows are also generally nonrefundable.
02 · Emergencies
Documented emergencies may be reviewed individually.
HRI recognizes that serious illness, family emergencies, unsafe travel conditions, and other significant circumstances may occur with little notice. A participant may submit a written request for individual review. Supporting documentation may be requested when appropriate.
Emergency consideration does not guarantee a refund. Depending on the circumstances, HRI may approve a transfer, future course credit, or another reasonable resolution.
03 · Participant Substitutions
A qualified substitute may be accepted before the course.
Participant substitutions may be permitted when requested before the course begins, provided the substitute meets all course prerequisites and HRI can accurately document the substitute's registration, attendance, identity, and continuing education records.
HRI may decline a substitution when course requirements, capacity, materials, regulatory documentation, or other administrative needs make the substitution impractical.
04 · HRI Cancellation or Rescheduling
If HRI changes the course, registrants are given a clear resolution.
Human Restoration Institute™ may cancel, postpone, relocate, or reschedule a course because of insufficient enrollment, instructor illness or emergency, severe weather, facility or public-safety concerns, or other circumstances beyond HRI's reasonable control.
If HRI cancels a course and does not offer an acceptable rescheduled session, registration fees paid directly to HRI for that course will be refunded.
If HRI reschedules the course, the registrant may transfer the registration to the new session or request a refund of the registration fees paid directly to HRI for that course.
05 · Travel & Outside Expenses
Participants are responsible for their own travel-related arrangements.
HRI is not responsible for airfare, lodging, meals, transportation, childcare, lost income, or other expenses incurred by a participant in connection with a course, including when a course must be canceled, postponed, relocated, or rescheduled.
When travel is required, participants are encouraged to consider changeable or refundable travel arrangements whenever practical.
06 · Course-Specific Terms
Some courses may require different cancellation terms.
This page is HRI's general provider cancellation policy. A specific course or session may have modified cancellation, transfer, material-fee, guest-instructor, facility, or registration terms because of supplies, contractual commitments, limited enrollment, or other course-specific requirements.
Any course-specific terms that differ from this general policy will be clearly disclosed before registration and will control for that course or session.
07 · Continuing Education Attendance
Cancellation terms do not create partial CE credit.
Continuing education credit is based on the attendance and completion requirements published for the course. Refund, transfer, or emergency consideration does not waive attendance requirements and does not create eligibility for partial continuing education credit.
